Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Advisor Business Analyst - Claims Configuration to lead Medicaid claims configuration in a Maintenance & Operations environment. You’ll translate client requirements and Medicaid policy into scalable QNXT configurations while guiding a team of Analysts.

You will perform complex SQL analyses, review designs for quality and impacts, and drive knowledge transfer with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Remote work is supported across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on QNXT configuration experience across contracts, benefits, fee schedules and payment methodologies.
• Strong relational database concepts and healthcare data models.
• Proven ability to write complex SQL for claims analysis, validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide day-to-day technical direction to a team of Claims Configuration Analysts.
• Review designs, plans, and results for quality, accuracy and downstream impact.
• Translate complex findings into clear business impacts and recommendations.
• Own issues from intake through implementation, validation, and closure.
