Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a remote role focused on meal discovery experiences. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Personalization, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable product solutions that connect anchor items with complementary products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience partnering closely with Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, and/or Personalization teams.
• Strong understanding of how data, models, and algorithms can be translated into meaningful customer experiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and quickly learn new products, technologies, and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for meal discovery and complementary-product experiences.
• Partner with Personalization and Data Science teams to develop models and recommendations that connect anchor products with relevant complementary items.
• Work with Engineering and technical partners to define requirements, prioritize capabilities, and deliver scalable product experiences.
• Develop shopper-facing experiences that make it easy to discover relevant products and build complete meals around an anchor item.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate new experiences, recommendation strategies, and shopper behaviors.
• Analyze product performance and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and data-driven insights.
• Facilitate strong stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Personalization, UX, Merchandising, and other business teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure engagement, conversion, basket growth, and the effectiveness of meal recommendations.
• Rapidly onboard to existing products, systems, data, and business processes and begin delivering value quickly.
• Develop a scalable product foundation that can extend the meal discovery experience across additional customer touchpoints and shopping journeys.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and results clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
