Tivly is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a core area of our platform. You’ll align priorities across engineering, client services, sales, marketing, and operations, driving a sequenced plan with clear ownership and measurable results. This is a remote role open to candidates nationwide, with a focus on U.S.

markets. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into precise requirements and maintain an outcome‑driven backlog

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, or fintech domains.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and align priorities across multiple teams.
• Track record of owning a product area roadmap and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience running backlog refinement and sprint planning with engineering teams.
• Strong written communication and data‑driven decision making.

• Own stakeholder management for the product area; identify key stakeholders and set expectations.
• Gather priorities from cross‑functional teams and reconcile into a single roadmap.
• Surface conflicts early and drive documented tradeoff resolutions.
• Run regular alignment touchpoints to communicate direction changes.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies with named owners and defined next steps.
• Escalate with a clear recommendation when decisions rest above the team.
