Ladders is seeking a Product Manager II, Wallets and DeFi to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role shapes strategy and execution for custody and decentralized finance capabilities serving enterprise and institutional customers.

You will partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to deliver products balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in developer-facing or API-first products, preferably in custody or fintech infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of crypto custody models and DeFi primitives.
• Proven experience launching 0-to-1 products with engineering teams for enterprise customers.
• Experience working in regulated environments, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
• Ability to define success metrics and drive accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Familiarity with responsible use of generative AI to improve workflow efficiency.

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager II, Wallets and DeFi to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the strategy and execution for custody and decentralized finance capabilities that serve enterprise and institutional customers. You will partner closely with engineering, security, legal, and compliance teams to deliver products that balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business growth. The position also calls for strong analytical ownership, from defining success metrics to improving adoption and revenue outcomes across the product lifecycle.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $144,500 – $170,000 annually
