Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Wallets Product Manager to own the Unified Custody roadmap and deliver API-first custody solutions for fintechs, brokers, and corporates.

This role operates in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person working sessions called surges, aiming to move fast while upholding security. You will collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch custody and DeFi products, translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, and drive adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management shipping developer-facing or API-first products, ideally custody, wallets, or fintech infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of crypto custody models (self-custody, MPC, qualified custodian) and DeFi primitives.
• Track record of shipping 0-to-1 products with engineering teams to production scale for enterprise customers.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with licensing, asset segregation, and risk frameworks.
• Data-driven prioritization with defined success metrics for adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the Unified Custody roadmap end to end.
• Define the custody model optionality strategy for self-custody, custodial, or hybrid per use case.
• Partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch custody and DeFi products.
• Translate customer and launch-partner needs into a prioritized roadmap tied to assets-on-platform and revenue targets.
• Measure and grow adoption: AOP and revenue, with funnel metrics from integration to funded accounts.
