Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Wallets PM to own the Unified Custody roadmap, guiding custody and DeFi product strategy for fintechs, brokers, and corporates. You will partner with engineering, security, and compliance to meet industry standards for key management and controls.

The role requires translating customer needs into a prioritized roadmap aligned with assets-on-platform and revenue targets, and driving adoption with measurable funnel metrics from integration to funded accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping developer-facing or API-first products.
• Deep understanding of crypto custody models (self-custody, MPC, qualified custodian) and DeFi primitives.
• Track record of shipping 0-to-1 products with engineering teams to production scale with enterprise customers.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments; partnering with legal/compliance on licensing and risk.
• Data-driven prioritization with upfront success metrics and accountability for adoption and revenue.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight for business-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Unified Custody roadmap end to end.
• Define custody model options and enable self-custody, custodial, or hybrid per use case.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
• Translate customer and partner needs into a prioritized roadmap tied to platform assets and revenue.
• Measure adoption and revenue with clear funnel metrics from integration to funded accounts.
