Bamboo Health is seeking a Product Manager II for the Bamboo Intelligence Hub Platform to own end‑to‑end workflow performance and product execution across the three pillars of our centralized platform. This hands‑on role requires deep understanding of product capabilities, translating workflow gaps into actionable requirements, and driving real‑world adoption and optimization in customer environments.

You will collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional product leads to ensure workflows

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience, healthcare technology preferred.
• Proven ability to write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering teams.
• Experience improving product adoption, utilization, or workflow performance in live environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret usage data and translate insights into product changes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized workflow strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Engage directly with customers to understand workflow execution, pain points, and adoption barriers.
• Create concise PRDs and workflow documentation with clear requirements and outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to ensure workflows are scalable and technically sound.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on cross‑pillar workflows and product capabilities.
• Define and optimize integrated workflows that span multiple products and pillars.
• Identify workflow gaps and translate into testable product requirements.
• Drive roadmap decisions prioritizing adoption and real‑world performance.
• Monitor workflow adoption and utilization metrics for improvements.
• Diagnose underutilization using usage data and feedback and propose product changes.
• Ensure delivered capabilities match intended outcomes and support customer success.
• Maintain cross‑functional alignment and lead trade‑offs to protect end‑to‑end performance.
