Job summary

Bamboo Health is seeking a Product Manager II for the Bamboo Intelligence Hub Platform to own end-to-end workflow performance across three pillars. This hands-on role requires deep understanding of product capabilities, translating workflow gaps into clear requirements, and driving adoption in live customer environments.

You will partner with engineering and cross-functional leaders to ensure scalable workflows, define measurable outcomes, and optimize real-world use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, healthcare technology preferred.
• Experience writing detailed product requirements and collaborating with engineering.
• Experience improving product adoption, utilization, or workflow performance in live environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate usage data into product changes.
• Experience with system-level architecture and detailed workflow execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized workflow strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Engage directly with customers to understand workflow execution and adoption barriers.
• Create concise PRDs and workflow documentation with clear requirements and outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, sound workflows aligned with architecture.
• Define and optimize cross-pillar workflows spanning multiple products and pillars.
• Monitor workflow adoption and utilization metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate workflow gaps into testable product requirements and drive roadmap decisions.
