Join us in improving lives during pivotal care moments!

Bamboo Health is seeking a Product Manager II – Bamboo Intelligence Hub Platform to own the end-to-end workflow performance and product execution across our three pillars for our centralized platform. This is a hands‑on product role responsible for deeply understanding product capabilities, defining cross-pillar workflow requirements, and driving measurable utilization improvements in live customer environments.

You will be accountable for ensuring workflows are technically sound, operationally effective, and fully adopted by customers. This role partners closely with engineering and cross‑functional product leads to translating workflow gaps into clear, actionable product requirements. This role ensures that our cross‑pillar workflows are not only defined — but fully implemented, adopted, and optimized in real‑world use.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized workflow strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand workflow execution, pain points, and adoption barriers.

  • Create concise PRDs and workflow documentation with clear requirements and expected outcomes.

  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure workflows are scalable, technically sound, and aligned with architecture.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on cross‑pillar workflows and product capabilities.

  • Define and optimize integrated workflows that span multiple products and pillars.

  • Identify workflow gaps and translate them into clear, testable product requirements.

  • Drive roadmap decisions that prioritize adoption, utilization, and real‑world workflow performance.

  • Monitor workflow‑level adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Diagnose underutilization using usage data and customer feedback and identify required product changes.

  • Ensure delivered capabilities match intended workflow outcomes and support customer success.

  • Maintain strong cross‑functional alignment and lead trade‑off discussions to protect end‑to‑end workflow performance.

  • Continuously refine workflows and establish a data‑driven feedback loop between usage, customer outcomes, and roadmap decisions.

  • Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions.

What Success Looks Like…

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Bamboo Intelligence Hub Platform, customer workflows, and cross‑pillar dependencies.

  • Build relationships with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and key stakeholders.

  • Contribute requirements and workflow documentation for active initiatives.

  • Begin identifying workflow friction points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Begin incorporating AI‑supported tools into your day‑to‑day work—whether through analysis, documentation, or task management.

  • Expanded ownership of cross‑pillar workflow performance and roadmap influence.

  • Demonstrate measurable contributions to workflow adoption and utilization improvements.

  • Trusted partner to engineering with predictable, high‑quality requirement output.

  • Workflows refined to remove recurring friction and strengthen customer outcomes.

  • Recognized leader in workflow performance, utilization strategy, and cross‑pillar execution.

  • Demonstrated measurable improvements across all workflow success metrics.

  • Strong contributor to long‑term product vision and scalable workflow architecture.

  • Workflows consistently performing in production with high adoption and minimal leakage.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience (healthcare technology strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience writing detailed product requirements and partnering closely with engineering teams.

  • Experience improving product adoption, utilization, or workflow performance in live customer environments.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret usage data and translate insights into product changes.

  • Comfort operating at both system‑level architecture and detailed workflow execution levels.

  • Experience with healthcare transitions, care coordination, or value‑based care.

  • Experience translating customer and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and well‑defined product requirements.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities while coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience partnering with engineering teams through the full product development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with workflow design, systems thinking, and operational process optimization.

  • Comfort using or learning AI‑supported tools, e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or role‑specific tools to improve daily workflows.

  • A forward‑thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.

  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and rapidly evolving environments.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote‑first environment, ensuring high‑quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.

  • The ability to travel periodically for work.

What You Get:

  • Join one of the most innovative healthcare technology companies in the country.

  • Have the autonomy to build something with an enthusiastically supportive team.

  • Learn from working at the highest levels and on the most strategic priorities of the company, including from world‑class investors and advisors.

  • Receive competitive compensation including health, dental, vision and other benefits.
