Job summary

IntusCare is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for clinically integrated healthcare software. You will work with cross-functional teams to build value-based care solutions within PACE centers and ensure regulatory alignment.

• 3–5 years of product management experience in healthcare.
• Experience building products with clinical teams.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous product development phases.
• Comfort interfacing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand users and workflows within PACE and value-based care centers to build the best products.
• Develop and execute product strategies leveraging data to drive innovation and user satisfaction.
• Set goals and KPIs to measure impact of launches and iterate.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement features that drive value-based care outcomes.
• Engage with leadership to ensure roadmaps align with IntusCare goals.
• Create high-quality documentation for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Work with customer success, sales, engineering and design to meet market needs while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Lead product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirements gathering and roadmap planning.
• Stay abreast of healthcare tech trends to keep products competitive and innovative.
