Job summary

IntusCare, a leading data management platform for PACE and coordinated care models, seeks an Associate Director of Data Product Management to own DataHub, drive feature development, and coordinate with engineering for planned releases.

The candidate should have 6–8 years in product management, a strong data modeling background, and proven ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams. This is a fully remote role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in data modeling and analytics tooling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations.
• Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces.
• Business acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes.
• Attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle.
• Experience running scrum processes.
• Proficient in SQL and JIRA.
• Experience working with healthcare datasets such as electronic health record data or claims data.

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery and delivery of complex features for DataHub, including client sessions and PRD writing.
• Plan releases with engineering and guide cross-functional stakeholders through feature rollouts.
• Provide regular company-wide updates on the product with minimal oversight.
• Manage client escalations and interact with stakeholders to navigate cross-product dependencies.
• Lead monthly roadmaps and pod-level quarterly roadmaps with limited supervision.
