Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Workflow Solutions to steer strategy and roadmap for provider-facing workflow products delivered through Humana's EHR channel.

You will own the Claims Status and Happy Together with Health Plans products, and partner with technology, implementation, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will define multi-year roadmaps, establish success metrics, and prioritize investments that create value for providers and enterprise stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, healthcare technology, interoperability, or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience with EHR platforms, provider technology, or interoperability solutions
• Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working with complex technology products and multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Claims Status, Happy Together with Health Plans, and emerging products
• Define a multi-year vision and growth strategy for assigned products
• Establish product KPIs and measure business outcomes
• Develop business cases and investment recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve provider workflow integration
• Partner with Product Owners to translate strategy into executable work
• Collaborate with EHR vendors to optimize product capabilities and adoption
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives
• Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance results to leadership
• Drive adoption, utilization, and business value realization
