Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager for Compliance to own the systems enabling safe, scalable global compliance across geographies, partners, and volumes. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, compliance, and operations to design fast, adaptive customer compliance solutions embedded in our platform.

You’ll lead the core compliance control plane, promote autonomy for non-engineering teams, and partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management, shipping large-scale, technical platform or infrastructure products.
Proven experience leading ambitious, ambiguous 0-to-1 projects with cross-functional alignment.
Deep understanding of API design and data modeling principles.
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management to align roadmaps.
Data-driven approach with metrics for operational efficiency and platform health.

Responsibilities

Own the core compliance control plane by defining and delivering the unified API and self-service platform for large-scale compliance program execution.
Drive autonomy by enabling non-engineering teams to manage global compliance programs end-to-end with guardrails and automation.
Ensure the platform architecture and data model are accurate and extensible to support scalable compliance workflows.
