Job summary

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth within Empower Personal Wealth, focusing on the digital rollover and client conversion journey. You will develop and execute product strategies across the funnel to improve customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and research, measure funnel performance, and translate data into actionable roadmaps. A strong record in product management and fintech is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading major digital D2C products
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Strong product roadmapping experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and influence product strategy focused on growth
• Own and evolve the product roadmap across the funnel
• Drive digital rollover and client conversion experiences
• Analyze funnel performance and customer behavior to identify friction
• Partner with design, engineering, and research teams to deliver solutions
• Define product requirements and manage dependencies with cross-functional teams
• Define, analyze, and track key performance metrics
• Influence senior leaders and drive product decisions
