Job summary

AssetWorks Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own two software products, WebCheckout and QWare, with two development teams in a buy-and-hold software group. You will guide discovery, write PRDs, manage backlogs and measure outcomes with clear success metrics across both product lines.

Remote work is supported, with weekly cross-team collaboration and a director-level coaching structure. You will leverage AI tooling to enhance discovery, analysis and decision making while building durable

Qualifications

• Experience owning a backlog and running discovery in a B2B software environment.
• Proven ability to translate customer input into a roadmap and decisions with evidence.
• Experience turning sales or customer success asks into workable developer tasks.
• Technical depth to discuss APIs, integrations and multi-tenant SaaS with engineers.
• Track record of post-launch outcomes and learning from what happened after release.
• Daily use of AI tools in product work and ability to evaluate outputs.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executives and small teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction, discovery, requirements and metrics for WebCheckout and QWare.
• Manage customer feedback programs and close the loop post-release.
• Stand up discovery and feedback intake for QWare with key customers.
• Write PRDs, stories, acceptance criteria for two-person teams.
• Groom backlogs, justify trade-offs with evidence.
• Define and track named success metrics and 90-day post-release checks.
• Develop enablement materials for sales, support and implementation.
• Use AI tooling to enhance daily product work.
