Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products.
• Track record of owning a roadmap: gathering input, defining requirements, prioritizing, and shipping.
• Experience improving internal operations or business processes, not just product features.
• Strong product sense for UI/UX with concrete, actionable design direction.
• Excellent written communication with customers and partners.
• Analytical and data-driven, using metrics to decide, not just report.
• Experience with agile environments and modern product tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the Smart EPD platform, translating strategy into a prioritized plan.
• Define requirements and user stories in detail for engineering clarity.
• Prioritize across competing needs and make the trade-offs explicit.
• Coordinate stakeholders across customers, verifiers, PCR programs, and engineering.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with manufacturers, LCA consultants, tool developers, and verifiers.
• Use data to guide decisions and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
• Lead iterative delivery with acceptance criteria, QA, and release verification.
