Job summary

Cayuse seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead and scale key areas of our platform, driving both short-term execution and long-term strategy. You will work cross-functionally across engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure our products deliver measurable value to users.

This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative, organized, customer-focused professional eager to deepen product management expertise within a complex research domain.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience with Agile development in distributed teams.
• Experience translating user and business needs into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs and software development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer workflows and product requirements through client interactions.
• Contribute to roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and product planning.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and demos.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tasks.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, and support to deliver product aspects on time.
• Support backlog refinement and release activities.
