Talantir is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape software products customers love. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable product roadmaps and requirements.

You will gather customer insights, analyze market trends, and drive product lifecycle from concept through launch. Strong communication, technical understanding, and a track record of delivering successful products are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager.
• Proficient using product roadmap and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, Asana, Github).
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Develop product strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid technical background with software development/web tech understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business strategy into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Maintain the software strategy roadmap for the company.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, tech trends and competitors.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan launches and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive action to deliver products quickly.
• Oversee product development and customer experience for future requirements.
