TRAILS is seeking a Product Manager to lead day-to-day product development and drive alignment between program work and the digital platform. You will champion the user experience, translate needs into actionable requirements, and coordinate with UX, engineering, and external contractors to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

• 5+ years of digital product development and delivery in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience coordinating product, design, engineering, program, and external contributors.

Responsabilidades

• Translate program and product needs into a prioritized roadmap and actionable backlog.
• Lead product development from requirements through UX design, engineering, testing, and release.
• Maintain documentation related to product requirements and UX standards.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Communicate decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Balance new development with maintenance and technical debt.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from TRAILS staff and end users to inform priorities.
• Monitor product usage and delivery metrics to inform improvements.
