Job summary

Loot Labs is hiring a Product Manager to lead features across the BOXED.GG experience—onboarding, games, economics, retention, and live operations. Work closely with the Head of Product and drive initiatives from concept to delivery.

You will translate customer insights into product decisions, partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cohesive experiences from first visit to doorstep delivery. Remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience in a consumer product environment.
• Track record of driving measurable impact on activation, retention, engagement, or monetization.
• Bias for shipping with strong product judgement.
• High empathy for customers and understanding of engagement loops and virtual economies.
• Comfort operating across multiple product surfaces and ramping quickly between onboarding, logistics, and payments.
• Experience with modern product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog).
• Excellent communication with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with focus on speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead features and initiatives within the BOXED product, coordinating with Head of Product to shape direction across onboarding, games, social, retention, logistics, and in-product economy.
