Job summary

Binance Square is seeking a seasoned product and community strategist to own the content ecosystem and define the long-term roadmap for Binance Square. You will shape classification, recommendations, distribution, and filtering to fuel growth.

You will drive DAU and retention through data-driven content strategies, collaborate across teams, and translate strategy into end-to-end product solutions with a clear phased plan.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in product strategy, community operations, or content ecosystem roles.
• Crypto/Web3 community product experience is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinking for content ecosystem architecture and long-term vision.
• Strong analytical skills to measure health and engagement.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across stakeholders.
• Clear logic to break down ecosystem problems and roadmap phased plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall content and community strategy for Binance Square and roadmap.
• Drive DAU growth and user retention through content recommendations and distribution.
• Analyze engagement and trading behaviors to inform growth and align cross-team.
• Own the full closed loop from design to strategy, data validation, and optimization.
