Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Analytics & Behavior Change. You will own internal analytics products (dashboards, reporting, insights) for the Utilization Management analytics squad and handle day-to-day end-to-end delivery while prioritizing ad hoc requests.

You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and design to ship features, conduct user research, and drive adoption metrics. Hybrid/remote work options provided with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functional work with data science/engineering.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years managing an intake queue or prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog for internal UM analytics product from requirements to launch.
• Triage and prioritize ad hoc analytics requests against the roadmap.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX, dashboards, and reporting layouts.
• Support engineering and data science with clear requirements.
• Lead daily Agile ceremonies and promote best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product adoption metrics and drive improvements.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to leaders.
