Figma is seeking deeply technical Product Managers to own the AI Platform powering Make and the agent, including the MCP server, eval platform, and context platform. These roles sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure and focus on developer tooling, systems thinking, and building foundations that other product teams ship on top of.

These are full-time roles that can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, owning products from concept through launch.
• Shipped measurable quality improvements with clear metrics.

Responsibilities

• Bridge design and code: enable production-ready designs and code handoff.
• Raise the bar on MCP server: improve platform quality and performance for developers.
• Build for continuous quality: define evals and infrastructure for measurable improvements.
• Grow with our customers: expand adoption by understanding enterprise workflows.
