Job summary

GCG is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance of our OEM cable assembly business within the CES division. This role is highly analytical, supporting more than $60 million in OEM business across four facilities, including forecasting, pricing, inventory, and profitability analysis.

You will develop dashboards and forecasting models, validate reporting, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving pricing, inventory, and new product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, supply chain, or similar analytic role.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution.
• Proven ability to analyze sales, pricing, and inventory data.
• Advanced Excel with multi-sheet workbooks, pivots, and dashboards.
• Experience extracting data from ERP/BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product line performance across sales, margins, and inventory.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve profitability and pricing.
• Build forecasting models to improve demand planning.
• Monitor copper and other commodity markets for pricing adjustments.
• Review customer pricing quarterly to reflect agreements and margins.
• Create dashboards using Oracle, S2K, Excel, BI tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives on pricing, inventory, and new product introductions.
• Present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support new customer project management.
