Job summary

Amphenol Industrial Operations in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Product Manager - Value-Add Cable Assembly to drive growth, profitability, and lifecycle management for engineered cable assemblies, harnesses, and interconnect solutions across North America.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own pricing and RFQ responses, and coordinate launch readiness with Sales, Engineering, and Operations at Endicott, NY; Mesa, AZ; and Nogales, MX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management, business development, or related commercial roles.
• Experience with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or interconnect solutions.
• Ability to travel to Endicott, NY; Mesa, AZ; Nogales, MX as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the value-add cable assembly product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from opportunity to production maturity.
• Lead RFQ responses, pricing strategy, and margin analysis with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Coordinate cross-site launch readiness, prototype builds, first article requirements, and customer approvals.
• Develop product messaging and sales tools to promote North American cable assembly value proposition.
