Job summary

ActivTrak is building the next generation of work intelligence powered by AI and MCP. This role owns Work Advisor's Enterprise module, MCP Server, and consumption-based pricing for AI features, shaping how data becomes usable through LLMs and agentic tools rather than dashboards alone.

We’re seeking a product-focused leader who can move between strategy and hands-on UX, define what we build, and get close to the code and MCP tooling to make sharp, feasible decisions without handoffs from

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, design, or a hybrid
• Track record shipping AI-powered or data-driven B2B SaaS features end to end
• Strong UX instincts with ownership of wireframes and prototypes

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for Work Advisor's Enterprise module, MCP Server, and pricing
• Run discovery with customers and stakeholders to identify priorities
• Write clear requirements and manage tradeoffs across scope and timelines
• Partner with engineering leadership to scope feasibility within a cycle
• Represent the product line in cross-functional planning with related teams
• Translate requirements into user flows and wireframes for AI-driven experiences
• Prototype conversational and tool-use flows for MCP-based experiences
• Validate designs with customers, especially in forward-deployed engagements
