Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking an Agentic AI Lead to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems. You will develop self-reasoning agents that operate within a Microservices Architecture and connect LLMs to enterprise data sources using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Responsibilities include translating needs into technical specs, architecting multi-agent systems, developing MCP tooling, and integrating with Docker/Kubernetes-based microservices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML or software architecture.
  • Strong background in building autonomous agents and orchestration systems.
  • Experience with MCP or similar data-connectivity protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Translate client business problems into technical product specs.
  • Communicate limitations and propose architectures.
  • Design and deploy multi-agent systems with autonomous planning and execution.
  • Build MCP servers/clients to expose data securely to LLMs.
  • Wrap AI agents and RAG engines into modular microservices using Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Orchestrate tools, APIs, and production databases for LLMs.
  • Evaluate and optimize agentic workflows for efficiency.
