Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Product Manager for one of our Midcore Studio games to guide features from idea to live operations. You will work with engineers, artists and data teams to design, test and refine gameplay that keeps players engaged and entertained.

You will structure, run, and analyze A/B tests, balance curves for broad retention, and stay current with hybrid-casual markets to help shape the roadmap and product strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in game design, product specialist, PM or similar in mobile gaming.
• Strong understanding of midcore and hybrid-casual markets.
• Ability to analyze data and drive design decisions.
• Understanding of player motivation, retention and engagement.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine features to enhance core gameplay loop.
• Analyze player behavior and game metrics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to realize level designs.
• Plan and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions.
• Balance difficulty to maintain challenge and retention.
• Monitor market trends in hybrid-casual and midcore games.
• Contribute to product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Prototype ideas rapidly and incorporate team feedback.
