You will oversee roadmaps, mentor Product Managers, and translate customer needs into impactful experiences in a fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product leadership roles (Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or equivalent).
• Strong domain knowledge in iGaming and its market dynamics.
• Proven ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers.
• Oversee roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across initiatives.
• Improve product management processes to strengthen business-technical collaboration.
• Drive data-informed decisions using analytics, metrics, and A/B testing.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competition for optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver solutions.
• Monitor performance against objectives and implement improvements.
