Job summary

COY is building an AI-native revenue operating system for creator-owned businesses. This role owns tactical product definition end-to-end, taking signals from creators and agency partners to shipping-worthy specs.

You will operate as a hands-on maker in a small, senior team alongside a CTO, designer, and engineers, with potential to grow a team as the business scales. You will prototype with AI tools and Figma, define outcomes up front, and shepherd features through to measurable business

Qualifications

• 4–7 years building products end-to-end, including at least one shipped product.
• Strong discovery muscle and ability to turn signals into specs.
• Comfort using AI tools to prototype and test ideas.
• Fluency with product analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product discovery and definition, turning goals into measurable outcomes.
• Turn insights into clear specs and acceptance criteria to guide engineering.
• Prototype and validate ideas using AI build tools and Figma.
• Own instrumentation and analytics to measure impact of work.
• Prioritize ruthlessly to deliver high-value outcomes.
