Job summary

COY is building infrastructure for creators to own their audience, data, and revenue. This role owns and builds COY’s creator partnerships pipeline, sourcing, pitching, closing, and onboarding creators in partnership with our Creator Success team.

You’ll work with the Chief Growth Officer, drive revenue, manage agency relationships, and shape a scalable playbook as you prove the playbook and hire future team members. Remote-first with travel to priority markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the creator economy.
• Proven record closing partnership deals.
• Strong network in LA, NYC or Miami.
• Revenue-driven mindset focused on monetization.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator pipeline from sourcing to launch and first dollar.
• Drive revenue by ensuring monetization after launch.
• Build and manage agency relationships.
• Advise creators to align goals and business models.
• Represent COY at events and build deal-ready relationships.
• Feed field insights to product and engineering.
• Document repeatable outreach and onboarding playbooks.
