Job summary
Accion Labs is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead product launch and catalog management initiatives for our client. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, and Technology to ensure timely go-to-market for new products across digital and business channels.

Qualifications
- Must have strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
- Proven ability to lead Agile, Scrum, and SDLC projects.
- Experience delivering product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Familiar with catalog management for eCommerce, B2B, and B2C.
- Demonstrated IT project management across complex programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launch projects.
- Coordinate Marketing, Product, Finance, Manufacturing, Pricing, Packaging, IT.
- Manage catalog onboarding, maintenance, and launch readiness.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, status reporting.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies within SDLC and Waterfall milestones.
- Identify gaps and drive process improvements.
- Ensure deployment of new products across websites and systems.
- Define requirements, priorities, and launch timelines with stakeholders.
- Track dependencies and align business and tech teams.
