Job summary

JollyTec is seeking a Product and Engineering Manager to lead cloud-based SaaS applications using MVC C# .NET and MAUI on Azure. You will shape product roadmaps, lead engineering teams, ensure code quality, and drive timely releases in a remote work environment.

The role offers leadership toward Director/VP opportunities, requires 8–12 years in related fields, and emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and strategic decision-making to balance customer needs with technical debt and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in software development, product management, or engineering leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in C# .NET, MVC, Azure, and modern SDLC practices.
• Experience leading web and cross‑platform mobile apps (MAUI preferred).
• Proven backlog prioritization, Jira workflow management, and predictable release scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Product Management: gather and triage feature requests, bug reports, and feedback from customers and clients.
• Drive product improvements to stay competitive and aligned with market needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders on vision, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Engage with customers to validate feature needs and feedback loops.
• Use analytics and insights to guide prioritization and decisions.
• Collaborate with architects to refine requirements and technical direction.
• Define acceptance criteria and coordinate with QA for quality.
