Job summary

Centralize is hiring a product engineer to own entire product lines from discovery through production. You will ship end-to-end features, measure outcomes, and iterate with the founders. This role suits engineers who have built products from zero to one or led major initiatives at growth-stage companies.

You will work with customers during discovery, define architecture, and push for high engineering velocity. Expect a competitive base salary, equity, and a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building a product from zero to one or leading a major technical initiative at growth-stage or larger companies.
• Strong product instincts with the ability to determine what to build next from customer conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication to craft Looms and PR descriptions for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own a full product line, including roadmap, architecture, implementation and outcomes.
• Engage with customers via sales calls, Slack, and discovery conversations to scope and prioritize builds.
• Develop across the full stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend systems, integrations, and LLM pipelines.
• Collaborate with founders on weekly product and architecture decisions.
• Set high engineering quality and shipping velocity as an early hire.
