Job summary

Clinglobal Group seeks an experienced Product Development Program Manager to support Business Development and manage development programs for Sponsors. This remote role serves across North America and Europe, coordinating across SBUs and external partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery of programs.

The successful candidate will guide animal care product development, assess capabilities, and help prepare quotes and proposals while aligning with regulatory requirements and quality

Qualifications

• Degree in a related Life Sciences discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in animal health drug/product development.
• Global regulatory knowledge: FDA CVM, EMA, VMD, GLP, GCP and related guidelines.
• Global regulatory experience: authoring submissions and responses.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Lead Manager for Sponsors and identify needs, priorities, and constraints.
• Coordinate input across SBUs and external partners to gather feedback.
• Act as the primary project contact with Sponsors and maintain communication schedules.
• Develop and oversee project management plans for product development programs.
• Coordinate programs across formulation, safety, efficacy, regulatory phases and manage relationships with teams and vendors.
• Provide regular status reporting including budgets and timelines to management and Sponsors.
