Job summary

Clinaxelis, part of a group of Animal Health CROs, is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for North America to oversee field clinical trials in the animal health sector. The role offers remote work with occasional office visits and opportunities for professional growth.

You will coordinate FCT activities, manage budgets and timelines, partner with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams, and ensure GCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Field Clinical Trials and Project Management experience.
• Experience with FDA/CVM, USDA/CVB, EMA and VICH guidelines is preferred.
• Animal Health clinical trials knowledge highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Clinical Trials across all phases and manage budgets and resources.
• Liaise with Sponsors, internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines and quality.
• Develop and maintain project management tools (Gantt charts, budgets, forecasts).
• Promote study outcomes and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
