Job summary

WorkWave, a remote-first global software company, seeks a Product Designer to craft intuitive experiences for service professionals. You will partner with product and engineering to translate objectives into simple, impactful solutions while shaping the design system and ensuring accessibility.

Collaborate across triads, present design rationale, and iterate with user feedback, usability tests, and Jobs-to-be-Done principles to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in user experience/product design or similar role.
• Strong portfolio with digital products and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to communicate design decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Transform objectives into compelling products with simplicity and feasibility.
• Manage design process from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Prioritize non-technical user needs with focus on speed and trust.
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering to meet goals.
• Present design process, rationale, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
