Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Designer to craft holistic software experiences for our PSA and Service Desk products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design features from discovery to delivery, creating intuitive interfaces and robust design systems.

The role supports remote work from the USA with a hybrid option via our Austin or Tampa offices. A strong portfolio and SaaS design experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 4+ years designing UI/UX for SaaS companies.
• Experience with IT Operations, Systems Administration, Software Support or Software Development.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment.
• Proficiency with visual design principles and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design new software features and enhancements aligned with business priorities.
• Own design from discovery through delivery with PMs and Eng counterparts.
• Translate ambiguous problems into user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with other designers to enhance design quality and ensure consistency across the product.
• Contribute to and help maintain our growing Design System.
• Balance speed and craft; know when to ship fast and when to perfect.
