Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a user experience/product designer or equivalent
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products and outcomes
- Proven ability to communicate design decisions and their impact clearly
- Solid ability to present complex problems to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and HCI principles
- Experience with design systems and component-based design approaches
Responsibilities
- Transform objectives into purposeful, simple products feasible to build
- Develop multiple design solutions across the product suite from concept to delivery
- Manage design process from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes
- Prioritize non-technical user needs to ensure speed and trust
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
- Present design process, rationale, and decisions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to design system cohesion and evolution based on user needs
