Job summary
Whatnot is seeking thoughtful Product Designers to craft end-to-end experiences across user-facing features and internal tools. You will lead the design of scalable systems, balancing user needs with business priorities, and collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and other partners.
You’ll shape the future of our product with clear, efficient, and user-centric experiences, whether in onboarding, discovery flows, educational content, or live-event
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Strong portfolio of shipped work.
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across user-facing and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into intuitive experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals that clarify ambiguous problems.
- Translate research insights and user requirements into design solutions.
- Contribute to the design system while advocating accessibility.
- Use data and feedback to iterate on existing features.
- Mentor peers and improve team processes.
