Job summary

Endear is seeking a Product Designer to own the in-store IRL experience, including appointments, events, and admin workflows. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to shape solutions from discovery to production-ready design, building accessible experiences for store associates, managers, and admins.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Design to define vision and direction, while leveraging research and data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of product design experience.
• Experience owning features from discovery through implementation.
• Experience running user research from discovery through usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Own IRL features from discovery through production-ready design.
• Research and understand how store associates, managers, and admins work within Endear.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solutions early in the process.
• Design complete, accessible product experiences including loading, empty and error states.
• Use customer insight and data to inform design decisions and iterations.
• Demonstrate impact through shipped work.
