Job summary

Carrot Fertility, a global leader in fertility and family care, seeks a Product Design Lead to own the mobile app experience end-to-end from concept to execution for iOS and Android. You will drive information architecture, navigation, and a cohesive member journey across the product.

You will also lead research, grow the design system with accessibility and scalability, and partner with content designers to deliver unified experiences. This is a fully remote role open to US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or UX design with mobile-first portfolio.
• Experience building consumer apps with daily/weekly active usage.
• Track record designing for engagement and retention.
• Experience leading user research or usability testing.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile design end to end, from concept through high-fidelity execution on iOS and Android.
• Design the information architecture and navigation that tie distinct parts of the member experience into one product.
• Drive adoption and retention by creating experiences that earn daily, weekly, and monthly engagement.
• Grow the design system with accessibility, consistency, and scalability in mind.
