Carrot is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the end-to-end mobile experience for our members. You will own design from concept to high-fidelity execution on iOS and Android, and pair with product designers across the Carrot experience.

You’ll work on mobile-first journeys spanning metabolism health, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause care, crafting an integrated member experience. The role requires 10+ years in product/UX design and a portfolio demonstrating engagement-focused design.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 10+ years in product/UX design with a mobile-first portfolio and end-to-end ownership of complex journeys.
• Experience building consumer apps focused on daily/weekly active usage.
• Track record designing for engagement and retention — habit formation, behavior change, wellness, or similar.
• AI as a core part of your design practice, plus experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
• Systems thinking to create clean, simple experiences for users.
• Strong visual and interaction craft, hands-on prototyping, and fluency with building products people love to use.
• Experience leading user research or usability testing.

Responsabilidades

• Own mobile design end to end — concept through high-fidelity execution on iOS and Android.
• Design information architecture and navigation to make distinct parts feel like one product.
• Drive adoption and retention through daily/weekly/monthly engagement features.
• Turn large, dynamic information into trustworthy, at-a-glance visuals.
• Collaborate closely with Content Designer to unify visual and written communication.
• Ground decisions in qualitative and quantitative research and use findings to shape outcomes.
• Grow the design system with accessibility, consistency, and scalability in mind.
