Carrot is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the end-to-end member experience for our mobile app priorities. You’ll own design from concept through high-fidelity execution on iOS and Android, reporting to the Director of Product and partnering with designers across the team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product/UX design for consumer apps, a track record of driving engagement, and experience integrating AI into product experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in product/UX design with a mobile-first focus.
• Experience designing consumer apps with daily/weekly active usage.
• Proven ability to lead user research and usability testing.

Responsabilidades

• Own mobile design end-to-end—from concept to high-fidelity execution on iOS and Android.
• Design the information architecture and navigation to unify the member experience.
• Drive adoption and retention through engaging experiences that earn attention daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Turn complex data into simple, trustworthy interfaces for easy member understanding.
• Collaborate with Content Designer to ensure cohesive visuals and copy.
• Ground decisions in qualitative and quantitative research to back what we build.
• Grow the design system with accessibility and scalability in mind.
