Zusammenfassung

Southwire Company LLC is seeking a part-time Data & Marketing Data Associate to maintain product data across PIM/DAM, ensure launch readiness, and support content enrichment. The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative marketing environment.

Remote work is offered with a schedule of 20–30 hours per week, with opportunities to grow in data governance and eCommerce-related initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent (pursuing higher degree encouraged).
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, MIS, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Communications or related field.
• Part-time availability 20–30 hours/week.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update product marketing data across PIM, DAM, Southwire.com, Customer Hub, and other connected systems.
• Support product launch readiness with complete attributes, descriptions, images, documents, and collateral before publishing or syndication.
• Assist with customer and distributor data requests including content syndication and data enrichment.
• Perform routine data quality checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies, duplicates, or outdated content.
• Document and maintain product data standards, workflows, and process guidance for internal teams.
• Coordinate updates to product pages, digital collateral, and marketing assets as content changes.
• Assist with tagging of digital assets within DAM systems (images, logos, documents, etc.).
