The Tech Recruiters is seeking a Head of Legal Strategy to shape the future of onchain equity and tokenized securities. You will work with founders, product, and engineering to design compliant financial products and infrastructure from the ground up.

Ideal candidates navigate U.S. securities law, financial markets, and blockchain tech, translating complex legal concepts into practical development decisions while engaging with regulators and industry groups.

Formación

• Significant experience at the intersection of securities law, fintech, and blockchain.
• Experience advising regulators such as the SEC/FINRA and policymakers.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into practical product and engineering decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design the legal architecture for innovative financial products and regulated infrastructure.
• Lead securities law strategy across transfer agents, brokers, and capital markets.
• Advise on onchain securities, tokenization, and digital asset infrastructure.
• Partner with product and engineering to convert regulatory requirements into product features.
