AI2IO is seeking a Product & Client Solutions Lead for Engineering & Field Team Solutions. The role drives end-to-end success of solutions, bridging business and technical needs, and coordinating discovery, development, and delivery for client-focused value streams.

This position blends strategic product management, client engagement, and delivery leadership, requiring MEP engineering experience and cross‑functional collaboration with clients, analysts, developers, QA, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MEP Design Engineering, Construction Administration, Commissioning, or Construction.
• 2+ years in software, consulting, product management, or solution delivery.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit as a user or in a support/QA/training context.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into a clear vision and roadmap for the value stream.
• Lead discovery sessions, scoping workshops, and solution definition activities.
• Oversee project execution, planning, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate across developers, QA, and analysts to deliver on commitments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage risks and scope changes.
• Define acceptance criteria and measure success with data.
