Eliza Solutions Corp. is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own delivery excellence across a portfolio of client accounts. You will set the standard, guide technical direction, develop engineers, and ensure client trust in both team and outcomes.

The role balances hands-on architecture review with coaching, focusing on multiple engagements rather than a single problem, and emphasizes field leadership over administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with client-facing or field delivery roles.
• Ownership of delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements or accounts.
• Strong Python, production AI/ML delivery, and architectural judgment.
• Proven ability to coach engineers through direct, specific feedback.
• Excellent executive and technical communication with client CTOs and engineers.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD practices.
• Strong commercial awareness of how delivery decisions impact account health and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio delivery quality across assigned client accounts.
• Set technical direction and ensure architectural reviews across engagements.
• Coach engineers with direct, timely feedback on technical execution and client communication.
• Maintain client confidence through clear, credible, proactive communication.
• Establish execution cadence and track commitments, blockers, and feedback.
• Identify risks and escalate with clear recommendations to leadership.
