Job summary

Ensemble is seeking a dynamic Product Analyst to support the development of AI Agents and low-code solutions within our healthcare technology ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with revenue cycle operators, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements, build solutions, and deliver insights that shape product strategy and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives.
Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms and connectors.
Participate in discovery activities, including user interviews and journey mapping, to define KPIs and success metrics.
Design, develop and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms.
Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions.
Demo functionality to end users and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
