Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in data analytics, product development, consulting or RPA.
• 3–5 years applying AI/ML in a business setting.
• Hands-on with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate and UIPath.
• Advanced SQL, relational databases; Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives.
• Translate problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML and low-code connectors.
• Define KPIs through discovery activities and journey mapping.
• Design, develop, test use cases with low-code tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other platforms.
• Conduct testing and product utilization analysis to guide decisions.
• Demo functionality to end users and report findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business needs.
